What won the race: Third-starting Cody Smith of Holt, Fla., topped polesitter Jaymes Barber of Bogalusa, La., and points leader Joseph Joiner of Milton, Fla., for an $800 Panhandle Challenge Series victory at Southern Raceway.
Key notes: Smith earned his third Panhandle victory of the season. His previous triumphs came at Flomaton (Ala.) Speedway on April 4 and May 25. ...
