What won the race: Polesitter Randy Weaver of Crossville, Tenn., led the entire 50-lap distance, besting sixth-starting Casey Roberts of Toccoa, Ga., for a $5,000 Ultimate Super Late Model Series victory in Smoky Mountain Speedway's Firecracker 500.
Key notes: Weaver collected his 10th overall win, his fourth Smoky Mountain victory and his third Ultimate triumph. ... He also won the Ultimate tour's March 28 stop in Maryville. ...
