Max Blair paid tribute to the late Mike Farr en route to his $6,000 win.
What won the race: Paying tribute to a long-time supporter, Max Blair of Centerville, Pa., earned $6,000 Saturday at McKean County Raceway with his ULMS-sanctioned Stephanie Eckl Memorial victory. Blair's car carried the former No. 41 of long-time shock guru Mike Farr, who died recently after a brief cancer battle.
Key notes: Blair won four of the 11 ULMS events in 2016, including a previous stop at McKean County on June 30. ... Blair earned the pole position for Saturday's feature by virtue of a victory in Friday's dash. ... The event, postponed two weeks by inclement weather, was part of the Fall Classic weekend. ... Besides Blair, Rich Gardner was among drivers carrying tributes for Farr.
