What won the race: Eighth-starting Rick Singleton of Front Royal, Va., took the lead from Tyler Bare on the 12th lap and completed the weekend sweep of the two-race Mid-Atlantic States Classic, pocketing $2,500 for his third straight RUSH Dirt Late Model Series triumph.
Key notes: Singleton also won Friday at Potomac Speedway in Budd's Creek, Md., and June 7 at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pa. ... On the move: "It's all about this race car," Singleton said. "The racetrack was really fast. Guys were high-siding it. That had me a little nervous, and sometimes starting back there you can't control your own destiny. It was a good clean race and a lot of fun. When you start back there and win it's exciting."
