What won the race: Fourth-starting Justin Weaver overtook polesitter Justin Lichliter with four laps remaining Saturday at Port Royal Speedway for a 20-lap Mason-Dixon Shootout Series victory. Weaver used the low groove in powering to his $1,000 victory in the Blue Collar Classic.
Key notes: Weaver beat runner-up James Lichliter to the finish by 0.971 seconds. ... Twenty of 24 starters finished on the lead lap in the tour's final race.
