What won the race: Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, Ga., took over the top spot on lap 19 when race-long leader Matt Long of Concord, N.C., surrendered the lead by pulling into the infield and went on to capture Saturday's 30-lap OneDirt World Short Track Championship Crate Late Model feature at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Davenport had to survive a three-lap dash to the finish after a caution on lap 27 for Trent Ivey and Jeff Matthews to preserve the $4,000 triumph
Key notes: Davenport made an unexpected Crate Late Model start in a Revolution Racing machine. He registered his second Crate Late Model feature win of 2017. ...
