What won the race: Polesitter Gary Lowe of Plano, Texas, led all 25 laps Saturday at Oklahoma Sports Park for his first victory on the Sooner Late Model Series. Texas drivers swept the top four spots with Patrik Daniel, Sloppy Hogg and Nate Jantz following Lowe to the checkers.
Key notes: The top four finishers were refugees from Devil's Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas, which no longer runs a weekly Late Model divisions. ... The nextSooner event at Enid (Okla.) Speedway has been pushed back a week from its originally scheduled date to Aug. 11.
On the move: Hometown driver Eddie Tidwell started ninth and finished sixth.
