What won the race: Polesitter Brian Rickman of Columbus, Miss., won a late-race duel with B.J. Robinson to win Sunday’s Comp Cams Series race at Greenville. Rickman, who took the lead from Robinson just before a caution waved for contender Hunter Rasdon with two laps remaining, held the sixth-starting Robinson off on the restart and won by 0.748 of a second to earn $2,000 in the 30-lapper.
Key notes: Brian Rickman earned his second Comp Cams win of the season and third of his career. … He won at Greenville on May 11 and at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Miss., in July ’17. … Sixteen of the 22 starters finished with 14 completing 30 laps. … Hunter Rasdon got into the frontstretch wall with two laps remaining. ...
