What won the race: Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., flashed his Hall of Fame form Saturday night at Boothill Speedway, rolling to a flag-to-flag victory worth $3,000 in the 40-lap feature that wrapped up the season-opening Comp Cams Super Dirt Series weekend. The race's polesitter beat fellow front-row starter B.J. Robinson to the finish line.
Key notes: The 61-year-old Moyer registered his ninth career Comp Cams triumph. It was his first win on the tour since April 27, 2018, at his hometown's Batesville Motor Speedway. ... Tony Jackson Jr. finished fourth after capturing the previous night's CCSDS lidlifter at Arkansas's Texarkana 67 Speedway. ... Ninth-starter Jon Mitchell was the first to exit the event after breaking a rear end. ...
