What won the race: Polesitter Joshua Bishop of Statesboro, Ga., rolled to the $5,000 victory in Saturday’s Modoc 100 at Modoc Raceway. Finishing ahead Bob Robertson and Michael Brown, Bishop claimed his first career Modoc 100.
Key notes: Logan Roberson of Waynesboro, Va., retired six laps into the feature after losing a left-rear tire in his heat race. … A dozen drivers completed all 50 laps. … Modoc Raceway hosted the 12th annual Modoc 100, a $5,000-to-win event for Crate Late Models. … Ches Chester of Twin City, Ga., won last year’s race. … There hasn’t been a repeat winner in the last five events. … Other winners include Travis Pennington (2018), Jimmy Sharpe Jr. (’17), Walker Arthur (’15) and Brandon Overton (’14). … Cameron Trebble won the 602 Crate Late Model feature.
