Logan Roberson celebrates at Winchester Speedway.
What won the race: Logan Roberson edged ahead of polesitter Andy Anderson and pulled away to a $3,000 victory in Saturday's Lee Stultz Memorial at Winchester Speedway. Roberson was never seriously challenged in winning by nearly a straightaway.
Quotable: "We've always called this place home and to get a Late Model win here is an awesome feeling," Roberson said. "Everybody on this team helps to keep this car going and I wouldn't be here without them."
Key notes: Roberson notched his second victory of the season. His first was a $5,000 unsanctioned victory at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.Va., in May. ... The victory guarantees Roberson a starting spot in Aug. 16's Frank Sagi Tribute at Hagerstown (Md.) Speedway. ... Fourth-starting Dale Hollidge of Mechanicsville, Md., used a high-side run to overtake Justin Weaver and Tyler Bare in the closing laps and finish second. ... Polesitter Andy Anderson ran second early in the race before slipping back to fourth and eventually dropping out early. ... Levi Crowl won the Crate feature, his first at Winchester, and former Late Model ace Booper Bare won the modified feature.
