What won the race: Polesitter and hometown driver Michael Norris raced to the $3,000 Zimmer’s United Late Model Northern Series victory in Saturday’s Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway. Leading all 30 laps, Norris finished 1.978 seconds ahead of third-starting Alex Ferree to record his fifth career ULMS triumph.

Key notes: Norris, winning for the fourth time this season at Lernerville, lapped all but seven competitors. ... Finishing fourth and fifth, Tyler Dietz and Logan Zarin notched their first top-five finishes in ULMS competition. ...
