What won the race: Winning by more than a 10-second margin, polesitter Jeff Rine of Danville, Pa., cruised to the $5,000 victory in Friday’s inaugural Bob Elbin Tribute at Bedford Speedway. He finished ahead of Rick Eckert and 14th-starting Matt Cosner.
Key notes: After a flat tire in his heat race knocked him out of contention, Matt Cosner of Ridgeley, W.Va., finished third in the 40-lapper from 14th. ... Drake Troutman of Hyndman, Pa., who won the modified feature, finished fourth in the late model feature after setting fast time. ... Trever Feathers was slated to start ninth but was a scratch.
